Change of Heart? No Problem!** Didn’t our lavender delight quite tickle your fancy? You have 30 days from purchase to send it back for a full refund (minus shipping, because getting that gorgeous soap to you deserves a reward!). Just make sure it’s mostly unused (we can’t take back half-loved bars!
Whoops! Wrong One? Happens to the Best!** Ordered lemongrass but got a box full of lavender? No sweat! Send the unopened bar back within 30 days, and we’ll get you the right one in a flash. Double-check next time – we know the choices are tempting!
Something Broken? We’ll Fix It!** If your soap arrives looking like it went a few rounds with a boxing kangaroo (delivery can be rough!), don’t you fret! Just shoot us an email with a picture, and we’ll send you a brand new bar, on us!
