Regarding refunds, we have kept it quite straightforward with a humble and non-complicated policy.
Change of Heart? No Sweat!** If you decide our soap isn’t your perfect match, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (minus shipping, because that delivery owl deserves a treat too!). Just make sure the soap isn’t all used up (we can’t take back half-eaten treats!
Whoops! Wrong One? It Happens!** Did you accidentally order lavender instead of lemongrass? No problem! Just send the unopened bar back our way within 30 days, and we’ll get you the right one (and make sure to double-check next time – we know the options are tempting!
Something Broken? We’ll Fix It!** If your soap arrives damaged (those delivery owls can be a bit clumsy sometimes!), don’t fret! Just shoot us an email with a picture, and we’ll send you a brand new bar, on us!
